Kalyani Akkana is the first generation entrepreneur and the founder of Eko Gifts. She leads the team at Eko Gifts in designing and making of unique products. Prior to this venture, she worked in Pharama and Biotech industries as one of the leading Quality Assurance Consultants.
She has around a decade of experience in Pharma/Biotech industries. She worked with industry's giants like Aurobindo Pharma, Biocon, Hetero Drugs, etc. Later, for 5 years she worked as individual consultant. Her interest towards creativity allowed her to leap into the role of full-time entrepreneur for eco-friendly gifts.
The first and unique product 'Gift a Green Plant' has given her lot of professional and entrepreneurial satisfaction. She has done extensive research to offer Gift a Green Plant with beautiful hand-painted pots chosen to match clients' occasions and packaged in a trendy paper bags to look extra special and exclusive.
